2. Platform Description

Credit Bajaar operates as an intermediary platform that:

• Connects borrowers with multiple lenders and financial institutions
• Facilitates loan applications and information exchange
• Provides loan comparison and matching services
• Offers financial information and educational resources

Important: Credit Bajaar does not directly provide loans. All loan approvals, interest rates, terms, conditions, and disbursements are determined solely by our partner lenders. We act as a facilitator and intermediary between borrowers and lenders.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of India
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Using strong passwords and keeping them secure

4.2 Loan Application

When applying for loans through our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial and personal information
• Submit authentic and valid supporting documents
• Understand that loan approval is at the sole discretion of partner lenders
• Review and understand all loan terms before accepting any offer
• Repay loans according to the terms agreed with the lender

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access our platform without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without authorization

5. Loan Process and Lender Relationship

When you apply for a loan through Credit Bajaar:

• We share your application information with partner lenders based on your eligibility and requirements
• Partner lenders independently evaluate your application and make lending decisions
• All loan terms, interest rates, fees, and conditions are set by the respective lenders
• The loan agreement is between you and the lender, not Credit Bajaar
• We are not a party to any loan agreement between you and a lender

You acknowledge that Credit Bajaar does not guarantee loan approval, specific interest rates, or loan terms. All lending decisions are made by partner lenders based on their own criteria and policies.

6. Fees and Charges

Credit Bajaar may charge service fees for facilitating loan applications. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you submit your application. Additionally:

• Partner lenders may charge processing fees, administrative fees, or other charges
• All lender fees and charges are disclosed in the loan offer
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all fees before accepting a loan
• Interest rates and charges vary by lender and are subject to change

7. Information and Content

While we strive to provide accurate information:

• Loan rates, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Loan offers and terms are subject to lender approval and verification
• You should verify all information directly with the lender before accepting any loan

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Credit Bajaar, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Credit Bajaar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Credit Bajaar is not liable for any loan decisions made by partner lenders
• We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or performance of loans provided by lenders
• We do not guarantee loan approval or specific loan terms
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of our platform or loans obtained through our platform
• Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us, if any

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Credit Bajaar, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any false or misleading information you provide

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or discontinue our services at any time

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Dispute Resolution
